You always get a 10 DAY FREE INSPECTION of any item selected from our collection. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason with any item you've received, simply contact us within 10 days of the invoice date. We stand behind our fine products and will ensure your satisfaction. E-mail is always the best way to contact us.
Your order will normally be shipped in 1 to 3 days. Though rarely a concern, when an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. If you have a "deadline" please email us or call, we will do everything that we can to meet your needs.
RATES WITHIN THE U.S.... Our normal method of shipping within the U.S. is USPS Priority Mail, insured. There is a $10 shipping and processing fee for orders under $200. The shipping and processing fee is waived for orders over $200.
RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL.... Our normal method of shipping International is FedEx. There is a $100 shipping and processing fee for International orders. Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility. A telephone number is required.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery). The billing address we receive from you must match your credit card statement billing address exactly or your order will not be processed.
We only charge your order to your credit card when we ship your order, with the following exceptions, which will be charged prior to shipping:
1. Special order, custom made items, which are non-cancelable or non-returnable.
2. Made to order items, which have extended delivery dates beyond the number of days that the credit card authorization will remain valid.

To return any item, please email us at:email@example.com for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two persons who verify the contents upon arrival. We can only accept merchandise that is received back within 15 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.
