| Our Danish West Indies Coin Bracelet celebrates the most recent changing of the guard for the beautiful islands of St John, St Thomas and St Croix. Purchased from the Danish Government in 1917 for a few million dollars to provide a strategic defense base for the eminent U.S. involvement in World War I, the Danish West Indies became the U.S. Virgin Islands.
